2012 Board Rates:
Full Board $600/month
All Inclusive Board $750/month
BOTH stall boarding packages include:
Stall, bedding, feed (up to 8# daily of pelleted feed or sweet feed), hay, use of all training facilities, full day turnout with round bales in the pastures in fall & winter months, veterinary care by management, farrier and vet scheduling and emergency care.
The All Inclusive board includes:
Blanket changing - daily if needed, boot changing - daily, bringing horse in from pasture for vet/farrier, holding for vet/farrier, treatment of boo-boos (applying medical treatments or wrapping), extra grain or hay if necessary (good for hard keepers), additional bedding in stall if needed.

Grooming:
Heavy duty grooming before a ride or show $10.00 per occurrence
Bathing (good scrubbing before a show) $15.00 per occurrence
Braiding (yarn, not rubber bands) $35.00 per day
Clipping (muzzle, bridle path, fetlocks) $15.00
Body Clipping (trace, blanket or full body) $60.00 and up
Fly spray (monthly supply provided) $25.00 per month
Blanket or boot changing (daily) $60.00 per month
Vaccines/Wormers:
Provided by management or the veterinarian (optional)
Cost of Medication
Trailering:
Rates may increase due to rising gasoline prices $2.50 per mile, with a minimum of $50 per occurrence
Cost to retrieve out of pasture Cost to hold for vet or farrier or medical attention (applying, wrapping, etc)
$5.00 per occurrence $25.00 per occurrence/hour billed at 15 minute intervals
