BOTH boarding packages include:
Stall, bedding, feed (up to 8# daily of pelleted feed or sweet feed), hay, use of all training facilities, full day turnout, veterinary care by management (treating boo-boos, etc), farrier and vet scheduling and emergency care.  

The All Inclusive board includes: 

Blanket changing - daily if needed, boot changing - daily, bringing horse in from pasture for vet/farrier, holding for vet/farrier, extra grain or hay if necessary (good for hard keepers), additional bedding in stall if needed.

Heavy duty grooming before a ride or show
Bathing (good scrubbing before a show)
Braiding (yarn, not rubber bands)
Clipping (muzzle, bridle path, fetlocks)
Body Clipping (trace, blanket or full body)
Fly spray (monthly supply provided)
