Horses listed in this price range usually have been with us for more than six months,  have been show, have won awards at shows or association year end awards or have unique characteristics that make them potential future superstars. They are priced to sell and have potential to move up the levels, whether dressage or jumping. Some have vast show experience, others have champion bloodlines. They are safe and kind or we would not consider representing them. All information pertinent to ownership will be disclosed, but Brilliant Reflection Farm or its management will not be held liable for any future complaints or disputes arising from a sale of a horse from our farm.

WE DO NOT SEND OUR HORSES OUT ON TRIALS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please remember that when viewing video clips online, the true quality of the horses gaits can be lost. It is best to schedule an appointment to see the horse in person.

OUR HORSES DO NOT LAST VERY LONG ON THE MARKET, SO IF YOU SEE SOMETHING YOU LIKE IT IS BEST TO CALL AND PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN SO THAT YOU DON'T MISS OUT ON YOUR CHANCE TO OWN THEM

St. James

1996 Belgian Warmblood Cross gelding

$12,000

"James" is a  16.2hh, big boned, sound and healthy gelding with no vices. He has been shown as an Open Novice Level eventer by Robin Walker in Wisconsin, Michigan and Kentucky in 2006 and placed at Mayfest (2nd) and Richland Park (1st).  His average dressage scores were 65%. Current owner purchased him August 2007 and has been unable to show due to unexpected work commitments and family demands.

James has been lightly ridden 2008 and seems to prefer dressage to jumping. He is great on the trails but does require an experienced rider for jumping.

He is registered with the Performance Horse Registy and has a USEF lifetime recording.

He is UTD on all shots, worming, Coggins, farrier and dental work.

Received Champion for First Level Open and 3rd Place in 2nd Level Open for Midwest Dressage Association 2007 Year End Awards (check under Barb's results to see his impressive resume.) He would make an awesome first horse for someone who wants to learn dressage and do well at the shows. Schooling 3rd Level. Is USDF Lifetime registered.

Very comfortable gaits, soft off the leg and goes into a frame very easily. Great confidence builder. Judges LOVE him and are surprised he's a TB.

He lunges, clips, trailers and has a sweet personality.  He is UTD on shots, worming, 2008 Coggins and had a performance float by Dr. Johnson in 2007.
